CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in

50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in

NO refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Check Out: Before 11am
Maximum guests: 14
Minimum age to rent: 25
No pets allowed | No smoking allowed | No events allowed
Heating the pool is expensive so an additional charge of $100 per day will be added for those who wish to have it heated.
No children allowed unsupervised on the roof top deck. Large gaps in the railing that would not prevent them from falling. All need to be cautious.
*City of Scottsdale requires us to post that all short term rentals must only accommodate 6 adults and 7 related dependent children.
Note: this is not a "party" house. No parties, no events, no loud music, no unauthorized guests are allowed at this home. Outdoor video camera's will monitor who comes to our property. Fines and or eviction will be imposed for any violations of our house rules.
