Pool & Spa Heat - $175 per week ($25/day) - approximately 102 deg

PAYMENTS: Visa, Mastercard, or checks made payable to Pauline & Bryan McCusker. $250 per week deposit required to hold reservation. Balance to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security/damage deposit is $300 and will be refunded after the return of the keys and within 5 days of your departure.

Credit card number can be held for the security deposit instead of $300.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. No pets allowed.
2. No smoking allowed inside the home.
3. No overnight parking for oversized RV's, buses, and trucks.
4. Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
5. Trash must be put curbside on Monday and Thursday evenings.

The rental charge includes electricity, water, on-going pool maintenance, landscaping, incoming and local telephone calls and all linen and towels.
